What should I know?
- Customers will treat all BNB personnel (employees and volunteers) with courtesy and respect.
- Children must be in the parent’s control at all times. Children must not be allowed to play with items in the BNB.
- Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
- Customer complaints should be directed to BNB Management for resolution.
- Checks will be accepted subject to BNB approval. Checks must be pre-printed, and contain a local address and phone number. Company checks must be from a business within a 50-mile radius.
- Customer “charge-back” checks from the bank will be charged, in addition to the amount of the customer’s returned check, a $35 BNB processing fee.
- “Charge-back” accounts may be paid in full with cash, cashier’s check, money order, or a Visa/Mastercard.
- Customers who do not pay a “charge-back check” within 15 days from the date of being sent the first letter from the BNB (or contact management to make arrangements) will be suspended from writing checks at the BNB for 6 months from the date the “charge-back check” is cleared.
- The customer can request BNB Management to contact a consignor to request a price reduction on any item $50.00 or more. However, the consigned item must have been on consignment for a minimum of two weeks.
- All sales are final.
- Customers are advised to test any electrical or battery operated items before they purchase the item.
- Customers are advised to carefully check all merchandise.
