- The BNB reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet the established standards for consignment.
- The BNB reserves the right to limit the number of like items consigned at one time based on space availability.
- Consignors may consign no more than 28 items at any one time.
- Out of those 28 items only 7 of each category can be accepted at this time.
- Example: 7 clothing; 7 books of any kind; 7 CD's; 7 pieces of jewelry, etc.
- Furniture or items that take up floor space (like large toys, strollers, etc.) shall be considered miscellaneous and shall be limited to 3 items based on space availability. (Customers should call the BNB prior to bringing these items in to ensure space availability.)
- Consignments may be doubled (to not exceed 30 items per day) 60 days prior to PCS (outside a 50-mile radius), ETS or retirement with orders.
- Out of those 28 items only 7 of each category can be accepted at this time.
- Items must be clean, spot free, and not in need of repair or damaged. Items that are pulled, torn, pilled, wrinkled, soiled, unfresh, or showing signs of repair will not be accepted.
- Only one article of clothing per hanger is allowed unless it is a matching outfit or suit of the same manufacturer's label and of the same size.
- As per the dates posted on the Store Operating Calendar summer items are accepted April through August and winter items are accepted September through March. Seasonal holiday items, to include seasonal holiday clothing, will be accepted as posted in the Consignment Room.
- All items must include working batteries, light bulbs, etc. to demonstrate item is functional at the time of consignment. Item must remain functional for the consignment period.
